Now before I begin let me first specify.  When I say first job, that is to say first real job.  The first job that serves as your only financial security, your primary source of income.  Now there’s some things that you’ll gain at this first job that you’ll gain at no other.  First off, it serves as a prelude to your greatness, your entrance song that will be sung of.  This is where you will find what works for you, what doesn’t.  Your first real job will help mold you in ways unimaginable.  You learn how to have fun while enjoying work, how to not only do your part but to understand that of others.  You are able to see all of the skills and abilities that everyone has ever told you you’ve possessed.  You are able to hone in on the things that interest you, truly learn your style.  It is also not as smooth to leave, no matter what you did. It will probably never get easy to leave doing something.  Unless for some reason you didn’t love what you did.  It is sometimes difficult because every person you meet influences you, every mentor taught you something that will help you grow regardless of how it was taught.  That’s why the first job is an important one.
